Ann Samuelsen
Ann is a lifetime Boise Native, with strong community ties, and a wealth of real estate experience. She has built her career on client referrals. Ann’s mission is to make each and every transaction a more than positive experience. She listens carefully to the needs of her clients, and pays close attention to the details.

Ann is thrilled to be working with her friends at Group One. She has developed many friendships in the industry over the years; and enjoys the positive support, continuous education, and culture of sharing at Group One.

Her family is very important to her. They too are a wonderful support. Ann has a BA degree from Dominican University in San Rafael, CA. Further classes in education from the University of Idaho. She also has had lots of continuing education and designations in Real Estate.

Passions in her free time, include gardening and painting the wonders of Idaho. Ann believes in giving back to her community in the form of volunteering at the hospitals, the Idaho Botanical Garden, and in the arts.
