Greg Scrivner

Greg is a fifth generation Boisean with his pioneering ancestors arriving in the Boise valley by covered wagon in the early days of the last century. After attending the University of Oregon and subsequently graduating from Boise State University, Greg pursued a construction management career with Morrison Knudsen Company in Alaska, San Francisco, Colombia South America and New York City. Greg returned to Boise and received his Idaho real estate license in 1989. He has been a member of Intermountain MLS and a multimillion-dollar real estate sales producer for the last eighteen years. Greg is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), current State Director of the Idaho Association of Realtors, current Director of the Ada County Association of Realtors and past chair of the 'Circle of Excellence'

Greg's real estate practice has focused on two main areas; residential resale of existing quality homes and infill town and patio home new construction. Presently Greg works with a team of quality builders, developers, architects and land planers in new patio and town home neighborhoods located on Boise Ave & Gekeler ("Bridgewalk"), in Eagle ("The Villas at Banbury Meadows"), 36th & Hill Rd the (“Garden Center”), between 20^th and 28^th on Sunset St. (“Elizabeth Place”), Highland and Mallard (“Hedgebrook”) and north of Overland on Cloverdale (“Madera Creek”). This team of experienced builders include: Frost Homes, Table Rock Construction, Emmett Price & Sons, Hobbs Quality Homes, Woodside Homes and Robin Labrie of Studio "L" Architecture, Barclay Construction and Mike Riggs Construction.
