How would you assess the current market for selling?

What is your company's current market share?

What is your list price/sales price ratio?

What percentages of your listings sell?

What continuing education have you taken and what designations have you earned?

Would you show me some of your marketing information and samples?

How often will I hear from you once my home is listed?

Do you have some references I can contact to inquire about your services?

What can I do to help sell my property?

What will be your primary method of communication with me?

Do you have a personal web site actively linked to current housing information?
