The brokerage fee for the regular scope of services rendered is 6% of the sales price of your home.

Group One offers 50% of the brokerage fee to other brokerages in the community as compensation in the event they secure a buyer for your home. The balance is split between Group One and your real estate agent.

The closing costs you will incur will include the following:

• Accrued prorated property taxes
• Brokerage fee
• Title insurance (based on sales price)
• Appraisal (paid prior to closing)
• Inspections (well, septic, roof)
• Accrued Homeowners Association dues
• Escrow fee (based on sales price)
• Home Warranty

Your Group One agent can also provide you with an estimated Seller's Net Sheet on all offers so you will have a reasonable estimate of the total cost of selling your property.
