Fred Knehans is a Professional Facilitator, Advisor & Consultant (Realtor) that assists buyers and sellers in meeting their Real Estate goals. My goal is to maximize your options, and to provide you with the tools and information to make an informed and prudent decision. Once you make a decision on a property my real work begins which includes negotiating on your behalf, assisting you with obtaining financing, resolving issues, coordinating the closing, and coordinating the move in or out.

I have been assisting clients in the Boise Idaho area with their residential and commercial real estate transactions since 1988 both as a lender and as a Realtor. I know the Boise Idaho and Treasury Valley area and have lived here since the late 1970’s.  I am certified by The National Association of Realtors as a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource. I graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Financial Management. I enjoy do it yourself home projects, playing golf, Upland Game Bird Hunting, and BSU Football.
